Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, products have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to return a non-defective product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to the large size and weight of Big Bags, returns must be handled by a crane truck. We can arrange the pickup for you, for which we charge a return freight fee of 80€ per Big Bag.

Return Conditions

A return is possible only if:

  • The product is in the same condition as when received.

  • The product is unused (e.g., the bag has not been opened).

  • All tags are intact and the product is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at kauppa@oak.fi. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return costs as stated above.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at kauppa@oak.fi if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
