Shipping policy

The price includes delivery and the bag.

We deliver to: Oulu, Haukipudas, Kiiminki, Kempele, and Oulunsalo. 

Please verify delivery availability based on your zip code: 90100–90250 and 90400–90940.

• Order and pay for your products easily in our online store. Once your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
• Delivery Time: Big bags are delivered by 6:00 PM on the Friday following your order. We will contact you separately to arrange alternative timing if public holidays affect the schedule.
• Contact: The driver will always call the phone number provided in the order form prior to arrival.
• Delivery Method: Bags are delivered via a crane truck. The bag will be placed as close to your desired location as possible, within the reach of the crane.
• If You Are Not Present: If we are unable to reach you by phone, the driver will place the bag in the most suitable location available (e.g., at the roadside or in the driveway).

Flexible payment methods:

You can pay for your purchases safely and the way you prefer. We accept the most common card payments (Visa, Mastercard) as well as Klarna.

Right of return

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If the product did not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Read our return policy here.
